Project inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, phone number, email address, city and project details. You may also choose to send photographs directly by text. We use that information to discuss your project and prepare a response. Submitting a request does not add you to a marketing list.
Photographs
Only send images you are comfortable sharing for a project assessment. Avoid including people, documents or private information unrelated to the work. Inquiry photographs are not automatically published in our portfolio.
Delivery and website services
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Project inquiries are stored in FormVault and sent to our business email so we can respond. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. Our form confirms receipt only after FormVault accepts and saves the request.
Google Analytics tracking is not enabled on this version of the website. Your browser or hosting services may process technical information needed to serve the site.
Questions or requests
For questions about an inquiry or to request removal of information you supplied, contact contact@allcustomtiledesign.com. Call and text links open the relevant service on your device; those services operate under their own privacy terms.
