Compare the work, not just the total.
A useful estimate describes the starting condition, the preparation and the finished result. A number without that scope can leave you comparing different projects. Alex will review your space before giving a project-specific quote.
| Removal & concealed damage | The existing pan, wall assembly and any damage determine the preparation. |
|---|---|
| Waterproofing & drain | The specified system and drain connection are part of the core scope. |
| Custom details | Niches, benches, complex cuts and edge treatments add work. |
| Other trades | Plumbing and glass should be identified separately so nothing is assumed. |
Bring these details to the conversation.
- Wide photos of the shower
- Width, depth and wall height
- Any leak history
- Desired niches, bench or glass changes

Get a clear written scope.
Confirm who supplies the tile and fixtures, what removal and preparation are included, and which work is handled by other trades. Ask how concealed damage or a design change would be priced and approved. The final estimate should describe those boundaries before work begins.
