Compare the work, not just the total.
A useful estimate describes the starting condition, the preparation and the finished result. A number without that scope can leave you comparing different projects. Alex will review your space before giving a project-specific quote.
| Heated footprint | Fixed fixtures and product clearances affect the layout. |
|---|---|
| System & controls | Cable, mat, sensor and thermostat choices change the material scope. |
| Electrical work | Supply, wiring and permitting belong in the overall plan. |
| Floor preparation | The existing base and finished height affect the tile assembly. |

Get a clear written scope.
Confirm who supplies the tile and fixtures, what removal and preparation are included, and which work is handled by other trades. Ask how concealed damage or a design change would be priced and approved. The final estimate should describe those boundaries before work begins.
