Compare the work, not just the total.
A useful estimate describes the starting condition, the preparation and the finished result. A number without that scope can leave you comparing different projects. Alex will review your space before giving a project-specific quote.
| Wall preparation | Old tile removal and patching differ from a ready surface. |
|---|---|
| Pattern | Herringbone, mosaics and focal designs need additional layout. |
| Openings | Outlets, windows and cabinet returns create individual cuts. |
| Edges | Profiles, trim pieces and full-height ends need a finish plan. |
Bring these details to the conversation.

Get a clear written scope.
Confirm who supplies the tile and fixtures, what removal and preparation are included, and which work is handled by other trades. Ask how concealed damage or a design change would be priced and approved. The final estimate should describe those boundaries before work begins.
